Household cashflow, made calm
Kill the bills that you no longer need.
Killed Bill lines up your recurring bills against your income, shows the days your cashflow gets tight, reads your bills with live AI, and shows the effect of every bill you cut.

How it works
Three calm steps, based on the figures you enter.
Add your bills
Type in your recurring bills and when they land, or drop in a photo or PDF of a bill and let live AI read it.
See when money gets tight
A day-by-day picture of your balance shows the exact days your cashflow runs short.
Kill what you no longer need
Cross off a bill and see the effect on your balance straight away. General information only.
What it does
Tools built around one honest picture of your month. Select a card to jump to it.
Try the demo
A working demo, based on the figures you enter. No account. General information only.
Income
Every regular payment coming in: PAYG pay, rental income and anything else. Each one repeats on its own schedule.
| Date | What | Amount | Balance after |
|---|
Cashflow Resilience Score
Illustrative score based only on the figures you entered. Not a credit score.
Surplus: cash you can save
What's left each month after bills and living costs. Put some or all of it on your mortgage to pay it off sooner.
Your bills
PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP. Reading is done by live AI. You can also paste an image from the clipboard.
Import bank transactions
Drop in a statement or transaction log. We find the repeating payments (loan, power, insurance, subscriptions) and you choose which to add to Bills.
CSV is read in your browser and never uploaded. A PDF or screenshot is sent to live AI to read.
Calendar reminders
Subscribe your calendar to a private link, like the calendar links on Airbnb or Booking.com. After that, adding, editing or killing a bill updates your calendar by itself.
Anyone with this link can see your bill names, amounts and dates, so keep it private. Calendars check for changes on their own schedule: Google can take up to about a day, Apple and Outlook usually a few hours.
One-off file
Or put every due date in your calendar once, repeating on each bill's schedule. The file works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.
It's a one-time import: if you change a bill later, download the file again (or use the per-bill Google Calendar button). Killed bills are left out.

Ranges are illustrative and based on percentages you set. Real savings depend on your plan, your usage and what providers offer.

Prepare to negotiate
For Energy, Internet & mobile and Insurance bills. Scripts are built from templates, no AI involved.
Forgotten subscription finder
Tell us when you last used each subscription, or check a statement. A CSV statement is read in your browser and never uploaded.
Incentives and rebates
Battery payback illustration
Illustrative. Uses only the numbers you enter.
Tax time helper
Add your bank or card statements. AI sorts your income and spending, then flags costs that may be claimable and the income each one relates to. General information only.
Add statements
Drop statements here or click to choose
CSV is read in your browser. PDF or photo is read by AI. You can add several, and repeats are skipped.
Your own tax working (Excel)
Already keep a tax working sheet? Add it here. Kill Bill reads its sections, checks that your totals add up, then sorts the lines and runs the checks. Your file is never changed.
Drop your .xlsx here or click to choose
Also works with .csv or cells pasted from Excel. The file is read in your browser; only line descriptions and amounts go to AI when you press Sort.
Or paste cells copied from Excel
General information only. This is not tax advice and does not replace a registered tax agent. Whether something is claimable depends on your circumstances and records. ATO labels and tax rates change, so check ato.gov.au.
.env file on the server.Household analysis
Live AI reviews your bills, pay and forecast and flags what to look at. General information only.
Ask the assistant
General information only. When you ask, your bill names, amounts and dates are sent to the AI service to answer.
Business case
A competition submission. Figures marked as placeholders still need to be verified before they are quoted anywhere.
Your data, in plain terms
- Without an account, what you type stays in this browser. If you create an account, your household and tax data are saved on this site's server, encrypted, so you can sign in from any device. Only you can see them, and you can download or delete them at any time.
- No bank access, and no bank credentials are ever asked for.
- CSV statements and Excel files are read in your browser. They are only sent to the AI if you press Sort with AI, and then only the descriptions (with long numbers masked), dates and amounts. Lines you import are saved in this browser, or in your account if you are signed in.
- A bill you choose to have read is sent, as one image, to the AI reading service for that purpose only. It is not stored. Crop out your name and street address if you prefer.
- Remove your data at any time with Reset demo, by clearing site data for this page, or, if you have an account, with Delete my account.
